Description

Bronwylfa is a two-storey, three-window house built symmetrically, likely in the 18th century. The central bay of the front elevation projects slightly and is gabled, creating a pediment-like appearance. The front of the house is clad in slate, which extends slightly at the left side; the exposed left and right sides are constructed of yellow brick. White painted eaves and verges are visible. The roof is slate, with a tile ridge and yellow brick chimneys at each end.

A flat-roofed, slate-hung porch fronts the main entrance, featuring a framed panel with side and upper lighting and glazed double doors, topped with a white painted cornice. The windows are hornless sash windows, with three on the upper floor and two on the lower floor, each containing 16 panes of glass. The interior of the house has not been inspected.
