Description
The revetment and balustrade at Bettisfield Park date from the 19th century and are located on the south side of the property. The main section features a freestone revetment and balustrade that includes panel piers topped with pyramidal caps and open arcading. At the western end, there is a bowed projection with larger piers that have four small ball finials. The return along the western front of the house is simpler, constructed of brick with stone coping and brick piers also topped with pyramid caps. This section includes a narrow entrance. A short return at the northern end has similar detailing.
