Description
The grave of Ann Williams is located in the graveyard south of All Saints Church. It is a chest tomb featuring a crested top and cusped panels on each side, which have partly legible inscriptions that include the name Ann Williams of Chester and the date 1846. The tomb is set within an enclosure measuring approximately 1.9 by 2 meters, formed by a low plinth topped with cast-iron railings. The railings are designed in the Gothic Revival style, with finials at the corners shaped like crocketed pinnacles.
