Description
The Stone Seat of Huw Morys at Erw Gerrig Farmhouse is a notable structure featuring a rubble stone surround that is set forward from the boundary wall. It contains a niche designed as a seat, topped with a slightly cambered stone lintel. The back of the seat is inlaid with slate, which previously displayed an eroded inscription reading "HMB." The seat includes arm rests made of slate and a narrow stone seat, resembling the style of a misericord. It is accessed by a path that is bordered by hedges.
