Description
This building is a terrace of five single-storey almshouses constructed from painted brick with a slate roof. Each dwelling features two windows, which are 12-pane cast-iron casements with Gothick intersecting pointed heads, positioned on either side of the entrances. The doors are likely from 1979. The front wall includes shared chimneys, with one chimney serving every two units, although these have been altered. The rear elevations have extensions that were added in 1979.
Originally designed as a two-unit plan, the building has been extended, creating a new opening to the rear extension. The corner fireplaces have been blocked, and the doors and fittings are also probably from 1979.
