Description
The stable at Faenol Fach is a 19th-century structure built from rubble stone and topped with a hipped slate roof. The original openings primarily feature segmental heads with stone voussoirs. It faces south towards a small yard and the house, where there are replaced double doors on the right end. To the left of these doors is a replaced two-light window beneath a wood-vented loft opening. Next to this is a stable door, followed by double doors that are set under a lintel concealed by a wooden fascia. An added lean-to is located at the left end of the building. On the right end, there is an added loose box that includes a round-headed doorway and stable door, along with a small replaced window in its end wall. The rear of the main range features a boarded door in the center and a loft window that was inserted to the right in the late 19th century.
