2. Rear Courtyard Ranges at Glynne Arms

The rear courtyard ranges at the Glynne Arms consist of an early 19th-century brick stable block featuring a shallow-pitched slate roof and dentilated eaves. The ground floor originally had three entrances, but only one remains on the left. This entrance is narrow and recessed with a flat-arched head. The rest of the ground floor includes three modern garage doors and two early 20th-century windows with cambered heads. The first floor has three large, symmetrically spaced unglazed occuli.

To the left of this stable block is a two-storey stable range from the third quarter of the 19th century, which includes accommodation above. It has a medium-pitched slate roof with dentilated eaves, simply moulded end stacks, and a centrally placed conical iron louvre. There is external access to the first floor on the right, under a wooden boarded cover that is roofed in corrugated iron. A blocked doorway is located to the left of this access on the ground floor, followed by a plain recessed doorway with a cambered head. To the left of this doorway is a recessed sash window with a cambered head, featuring 12 panes above and 2 below. The first floor has five 12-pane sash windows with projecting cills.
