Description

The sundial at Plas Heaton is a fine example of Georgian design, dating from 1767. It features a sandstone baluster base that stands on a wide circular plinth, reaching approximately 1.4 meters in height. The sundial has a moulded circular top and includes a brass sundial that is signed by Meredith Hughes, indicating its maker and date of creation.
