Description
The Hall and triangular store were built as a church hall around 1904 by architect Herbert Luck North from Llanfairfechan, as part of an unfulfilled plan for a new church in Caerhun. The building is now a private house. Its design showcases strong Arts and Crafts influences, featuring bold geometric shapes and playful yet striking Gothic and Burgundian decorative elements, particularly evident in the chevron pattern on the roof.
To the west of the building, there is a triangular yard or garden with rubble walls, and in the northwest corner, bordering the lane to the north, stands a triangular pavilion or store. This structure is made of rubble and has a pyramidal slate roof adorned with chevron decoration and topped with a lead ball finial. It has a boarded door on the east side and a boarded window on the north side, which faces the lane.
