Description
The gate piers, gates, and railings at the Church Street entrance to St Mary's churchyard are made of coursed rock-faced stone, topped with wider freestone copings. The outer responds against the rubble-stone boundary wall are similar in style. The double arched cast iron gates feature dog bars with X-shape bracing, spear finials, and rosettes below the top rail. The outer pedestrian gates have a similar design but include a flat top rail.
