Description

The Dutch Barn at Llwyn is a building constructed with coursed rubble masonry and open sides. It features trusses supported by solid slate piers and has a moderately pitched roof made of quarry slate, with plain eaves and close verges. There are pitching doors at both gable ends, with a stone lintel on the north side and timber on the south side. To the south, there is a ruin. The barn has a king post roof that is dressed but bolted, along with composite tie beams, and retains its original purlins and rafters.
