Description

The folly tower at Coed Twr is constructed from local stone rubble and features a circular plan with a narrow crenellated parapet. The north entrance is square-headed and set within a tall pointed arch. At the top of the tower, there are four quatrefoils, two of which open to the north, all framed with red brick. Additionally, there are four slit openings flanking the quatrefoils and seven further slits located below. The tower was originally roofed.
