Description
Gwyn Hafod is a row of 10 workers' cottages located at Nos 1-10 Hillsborough Terrace in Corris Uchaf. These cottages were constructed with rubble stonework, which has been whitewashed on the front, and feature slate roofs. They are arranged in a straight line, with each cottage consisting of a single two-storey bay. Each cottage has a lateral framed and boarded door and 16-pane sash windows on both the ground and first floors. There are transverse stone stacks on the party walls, and various alterations have been made at the rear of the cottages.
At the southeast end of the row, there is a boarded door set in a bead-moulded frame, along with two-light casement windows on the ground floor, which have black-painted lintels.
