Description
Rhiwlas is a 3½-storey house built in the late-Georgian style. It features whitened roughcast walls, with the lower storey smooth-rendered, and a slate roof that has a roughcast stack on the left side. The openings of the house have rendered architraves and banding. In the lower storey, there is a replacement 3-light window and a round-headed entrance on the right side, which includes a keystone. The entrance has a fielded-panel door and an overlight that are recessed.
The middle storey showcases a 4-pane oriel sash window supported by Tuscan pilasters. The upper storey contains two 9-pane hornless sash windows. On the left gable end, there is a replacement attic window, while the right gable end features two small 12-pane sash windows. The rear of the house has a mix of sash and replacement windows. The property has not been inspected.
