Description
The Burial Enclosure at Gartmore House is a simple memorial structure located within the grounds of the Gartmore estate, south of the main house. It features wall tablets that commemorate various members of the Cunningham-Graham and Bontine families, who were the owners of Gartmore House until 1900. The memorials span from the 17th to the 20th centuries. The enclosure is surrounded by walls made of random rubble, brick, and concrete. There is a central gateway to the southwest, which includes a wrought-iron gate adorned with an 'IHS' and crucifix motif.
