Description
6-8 Bow Street is a two-storey, three-bay terraced tenement built around 1960, designed in the style of 17th century Scottish architecture. The building is harled with ashlar sandstone details, including margins, a base course, an eaves band, and steeply pitched crowstepped gables.
On the west elevation facing Bow Street, there is a door at the center with an oculus above it, and stone-mullioned tripartite windows in the outer bays. The upper part of the south elevation features an adjoining single-storey building, with the gable exposed.
The property has UPVC tilt and turn windows and is topped with graded grey slates, featuring an ashlar stack on the south gable and a ridge stack.
