Description

12 Pitt Terrace is a semi-detached building from the mid-19th century. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring a three-window ashlar facade, with a central tripartite arrangement. The entrance is highlighted by twin consoled doorpieces with pediments and keyblocks. The ground floor windows have architraves with cornices. There is a modern dormer on the slated roof. The building also includes a harled extension on the sides, which has an archway.
