Description

The Bridge of Teith, located over the River Teith in Doune, dates back to 1535 and was founded by Robert Spittal. It features two semi-circular arches. The bridge was widened and repaired in 1866, during which a coat of arms panel was added, along with a large inscribed panel that is a replica from 1866, located on the opposite side of the east parapet.
