Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay end of terrace tenement with 2 shops at ground. Polished ashlar at S elevation, rubble with ashlar margins at W gable end and rear. Projecting cills, fascia band and cornice above ground, eaves band.

S (BAKER STREET) ELEVATION: 5 bays at ground, 2 shops; paired pilasters framing and dividing, shop to left with 19th century shop window divided from recessed entrance by single pilaster. Shop to right recessed entrance flanked by 2 19th century shop windows divided by single pilasters with double pilasters at end. Regular fenestration above.

W ELEVATION: blank gable end

N ELEVATION: entrance to left of centre bay, window to left at ground. Regular fenestration above with windows at centre bay slightly higher.

Tilt and turn sash effect windows with 12-pane glazing, plate glass glazing at rear, grey slates.
