28-30 Baker Street, Stirling

28-30 Baker Street in Stirling is an early 19th-century, three-storey, three-bay end-of-terrace tenement that features two shops on the ground floor. The south elevation is finished in polished ashlar, while the west gable end and rear are constructed of rubble with ashlar margins. The building has projecting cills, a fascia band, and a cornice above the ground floor, as well as an eaves band.

On the south elevation facing Baker Street, there are five bays at ground level, accommodating the two shops. The shops are framed and divided by paired pilasters. The shop on the left has a 19th-century shop window separated from a recessed entrance by a single pilaster. The shop on the right features a recessed entrance flanked by two 19th-century shop windows, also divided by single pilasters, with double pilasters at the end. The upper floors have regular fenestration.

The west elevation is a blank gable end, while the north elevation has an entrance to the left of the centre bay and a window to the left at ground level. The upper floors display regular fenestration, with the windows in the centre bay positioned slightly higher.

The building features tilt and turn sash effect windows with 12-pane glazing, plate glass glazing at the rear, and is topped with grey slates.
