Description

7 Kirkstyle in Biggar is a two-storey building dating from 1798. It is constructed of rubble with harl-pointed surfaces and features ashlar dressings at the rear, while the front has painted margins and an asbestos tile roof. The symmetrical front has three windows, with the original glazing intact, although the left ground floor window is blocked. At the rear, there is a modern forestair leading to a door on the first floor, with a garage located underneath. The building has straight skews and one end stack as well as one axial stack.
