Description

180 High Street in Biggar is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall and features gablet dormerheads on the first floor. The exterior is harled with painted margins and has a slate roof. Notable architectural elements include a corner splay with a door and a stair window, as well as two windows on each floor, and decorative bargeboards and finials at the dormerheads. The rear elevation faces Ross Square and also consists of two storeys and an attic, with a harled finish and ashlar margins. It includes a door and a narrow window on the ground floor, along with two windows on the first floor, and has a later dormer added.
