Description

209 High Street in Biggar is a mid-19th century building, which may include parts from the 18th century. It features ashlar stonework with polished ashlar quoins and window dressings on the first floor. The building has a hipped slate roof and rendered sides with painted margins. It stands two storeys tall, with a shop front on the ground floor and two windows on the first floor. On the northeast side, there is a door and a window on the ground floor, along with two windows on the first floor. Above the door, there is a lintel that reads "7 WB MS47."
