Eastend House

Eastend House is a three-story and attic, L-plan house of Scottish Baronial style, with a Georgian facade to the south elevation. The original core of the house dates back to around 1500, extended in 1673 and the early 18th century. The prolific Scottish architect David Bryce remodelled and extended the property in 1851. The house is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings. It is situated on the southern part of the Carmichael Estate, and was occupied by the General Staff of the Polish Army in 1940.

The Eastend Farm Steading, dating to the early 19th century, is a single-story and attic, quadrangular-plan complex. It originally comprised stables, byres, a dovecot, and residential accommodation, with a tower over the entrance pend. The steading is built of rubble with droved ashlar dressings. It represents improvements to the estate during the 18th century, retaining original features such as horse stalls, cattle pens, and a stone midden. The steading was added to the listing following a 2010 visit focusing solely on the steading.
