41, 43, and 45 Wellgate in Lanark is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and is harled with painted margins. The structure features three bays, with the entrance to number 45 located in the central bay and the entrance to number 41 on the right. There is an early 20th-century shop front, and the first floor has three windows. The roof is slate, although part of it is modern.
