Description

This is an early 19th-century row of terraced cottages, Nos. 1, 3, 5, and 7 Rowantree Street, Colmonell. Nos. 3, 5, and 7 are commonly known as Boghouse Cottages and are associated with a farmhouse located to the rear. The cottages are rendered in pebbledash. Number 7 has a blocked doorway and a more modern window. Number 2 Rowantree Street was demolished on 11 September 1987 (reference Amedd no. 13). The statutory address for the surviving cottages is 1-7 (odd numbers) Rowantree Street, Colmonell.
