Description

These are an early 19th-century row of cottages located at 5 Rowantree Street, Colmonell, comprising numbers 3, 5, and 7, which were originally part of a farm complex to the rear. The cottages are rendered with a pebbledash finish. Number 7 has a blocked door and a modern window. Number 2 in the row has been demolished, a demolition recorded on 11 September 1987. The statutory address for the surviving cottages is 1-7 (odd numbers) Rowantree Street, Colmonell.
