Description
These are an early 19th century row of cottages located at 3, 5, and 7 Rowantree Street in Colmonell. They form part of a farm complex situated to the rear. The cottages are rendered with a pebbledashed finish. Number 7 has a blocked-up door and a modern window. Number 2, Rowantree Street, was demolished on 11 September 1987 (planning application reference Amedd no 13). The statutory address is 1-7 (odd numbers) Rowantree Street, Colmonell.
