Description

This building at 78 High Street, Coldstream, dates from the earlier 19th century and is a two-storey, two-bay house and shop. It is constructed of painted tooled ashlar with window and angle margins. The ground floor features a dentilled continuous cornice above the shop, and there is a door to the upper floor on the left. The first floor has 8-pane sash windows. The roof is slate, with straight skews and brick stacks at the ends.
