Description
69 High Street in Coldstream is an early 19th-century building. It is similar in style to Nos. 61-67, featuring two storeys, an attic, and a basement, but it has four bays plus a quadrant bay on the right. The exterior is made of droved ashlar stone. There is a door located on the left side, and a band course runs along the building. The windows are 12-pane sashes with apron panels, except for the ground floor quadrant window. The roof is slate, with two piended dormers and a brick stack at the end. A cornice is present at the eaves level on the quadrant, which ramps up to meet the stack. The return elevation facing Nursery Road is constructed from rubble with ashlar margins and features a tripartite window at the ground floor.
