Description
19 Queen Street in Jedburgh is a later 19th century, two-storey, three-bay end of terrace house. The building is constructed of rubble, which was originally harled, and features a modern extension added to the rear in 1992.
The front elevation has taller windows on the first floor. There is a door at the center with a single window above it. To the right, there are bipartite windows on both floors, while to the left, there are single windows, one of which at ground level was reinstated from a shop window in 1992. The flanking bays have piend-roofed slate-hung dormers, and there are rooflights at the center. The windows are replacement timber sash and case with plate glass. The roof is covered with grey slates, and the end wall and stack are rendered.
