Description
The gateway and lodge at Formakin House, dating from around 1914, features an arched entrance with two attached single-storey lodges. Each lodge has an ogee-shaped slated roof and includes a corner towerlet. The structure is built from rubble and was designed by the architect Sir Robert S. Lorimer.
