Description
108, 110, and 112 High Street in Perth is a building designed by Menart & Jarvie in 1904, showcasing an Edwardian Renaissance style influenced by Glasgow architecture. The structure features a four-window ashlar facade and a corner tower with canted bays on the first and second floors. The third floor includes Ionic aedicules with segmental pediments, and there is a scroll-supported octagonal drum and dome. On the High Street side, there are three windows and a canted bay that corresponds with the tower. The longer facade facing King Edward Street has a central bay above the entrance, with a pedimented window on the first floor and a balustrade at the third floor level. The ground floor shops have been altered.
