Description

The Guildhall located at 104 and 106 High Street in Perth was designed by A G Heiton and built between 1907 and 1908, replacing a former Guildhall from 1722. The building showcases late 17th century English Renaissance architecture. It features two wide arched shops on the ground floor and three bays above, adorned with an Ionic pilaster order. The windows have lugged architraves, and the central bay is treated with a niche, segmental pediment, and a sculpture created by H H Morton.
