Description
This early 19th century building, originally known as Tuarach and The Granary, is located on Drummond Street, Comrie. It is a two-storey, three-window structure constructed of painted rubble with droved dressings. The ground floor incorporates a shop front supported by slim cast-iron columns. A notable feature is the off-centre artisan anta doorpiece, topped with a pedimented blocking course. The roof is pierced by three dormers; the two outer dormers are canted, while the central dormer is piended, all featuring bracketed eaves.
