Description

The Walled Garden and Sundial at Kinloch House is a rectangular structure with rubble walls. It features a fine sundial dated 1724 and has a 17th-century doorway that is inset outside the greenhouse. The sundial shaft is notable for its Ionic capital, figures, and rich swirling foliage. There is also a detached face from 1746, which has been missing since 1970.
