Description
Nursery Cottage in Little Dunkeld is a single-storey building with an attic, constructed from rubble and featuring a broad-eaved piend roof. The structure is rectangular and includes a bell-cote, segment-headed leaded windows with a central mullion, and a pedimented porch. It has simple centre dormers in the end walls, along with gothic windows, and dates from the early 19th century.
Inside, there is no gallery, but the building has an arched ceiling supported by iron tie-rods and central hangers. The original platform pulpit is accompanied by a couch and a velvet arched back, dating from 1854. A vestry was added in 1969.
