4 Linlithgow Place, Kingoodie

4 Linlithgow Place in Kingoodie is a pair of single-storey and attic villas built in the early 20th century, designed in a plain Arts and Crafts style. The buildings have a rectangular plan and are constructed from rubble with a slate roof. They feature relieving arches above the openings and have hardwood windows and doors that are not in keeping with the original character. A coped ridge stack is present.

On the south elevation, the villas have paired asymmetrical gables at the center, with windows on both the ground and attic floors. There is a door with adjoining windows on the left and right sides.

The east and west gables each have a window on both the ground and attic floors, maintaining an asymmetrical design.

The north elevation has not been seen.

The interior has also not been seen.

Rubble boundary walls are present to the south and west of the property.
