Description
4 Warsetter Farm Cottages, located in Sanday, date from the mid to later 19th century. This single-storey row consists of four symmetrical cottages, each with a rectangular plan and three bays, constructed from harl-pointed random rubble.
On the southeast elevation, there is a centrally located deep-set boarded door, with a window in each bay flanking the door for each cottage. The cottages feature 2-pane timber sash and case windows, and there are rooflights evenly distributed on the southeast pitch. The traditional graded stone tiled roof includes a stone ridge, and the gablehead and ridge stacks are harl-pointed with a cornice.
The interiors were not seen during the assessment in 1998.
