Description
The Lock Keeper's Bothy at Wyndford Lock on the Forth and Clyde Canal is likely from the mid-19th century. It is a small, square building made of white painted brick, topped with a piended slate roof and featuring a stack on the west side. The bothy is located on the south side of the canal, directly opposite the former lock keeper's cottage. It has rectangular window openings on the east and west sides, with a 4-pane timber glazing pattern on the west.
The interior, which was observed in 2013, consists of a single room that includes a stone fire surround.
