Description

1786, later alterations. Courtyard group, farmhouse at south side. One storey plus atttics, white-washed rubble front, gabled attic windows with arrowslit motif, slate roof, skew gables. 2-windows wide, plain reveals, sloped hood on curved brackets to centre door. Symmetrical low outbuildings to gable ends. Fine complex of farm buildings to yard. West range includes 2-storey granary and barn with attached octagonal horsemill on west side, original roof timbers. Distinctive ventilator openings on upper floor, arched (partly blocked) ground floor openings facing yard, ranges, subsidiary range in yard with group of 5 flight holes to pigeon loft.
