Description
St Patrick's Well in Dalziel Park, Motherwell, was rebuilt between 1933 and 1939, incorporating earlier materials. It has a square-plan wellhead topped with a pyramidal cap and faces southeast. The wellhead features chased yellow sandstone coursers, an ashlar moulded cornice, and a semicircular arched opening at the front, which includes a keystone dated 1723.
