Description
Kilwinning Gates Lodge is a Regency-style lodge dating from the 19th century, located within Eglinton Country Park, Irvine. The lodge is constructed of painted stone and features a central, splayed bay with a low-pitched slate roof and wide, spreading eaves. Flanking wings are pedimented on either side. The sash windows are distinguished by pointed Gothic astragals. A curved screen of railings is also associated with the lodge.
