Description

This is a probably 18th-century bridge spanning the Skelmorlie Water. It features a single semi-circular span constructed from rubble masonry with tooled squared voussoirs forming the arch. A low parapet runs along the top, incorporating simple iron railings. A datestone, bearing the inscription 1604(?), has been re-set centrally on the west side of the bridge.
