Description

Harbour Light at Cullen Harbour was designed by Thomas Telford in 1817, with alterations and an additional quay made by William Robertson in 1834. The original harbour included a seaward pier and the current inner pier. In 1834, the harbour was enlarged with an additional pier that projects north from the beach, creating an enclosed angle of the bay. The structure is built of rubble, with some concrete surfacing, and features a small painted metal circular harbour light.
