Late 19th century. Single storey and attic, irregular

3-bay cottage. Rendered with contrasting painted dressings.

Off-centre entrance flanked by tripartite at left and

bipartite at right. 2 gabled near wallhead dormers; 2- and

4-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
