Description

240 Seatown in Cullen is a late 19th century cottage that is single storey with an attic and has an irregular three-bay layout. The exterior is rendered and features contrasting painted dressings. The entrance is off-centre and is flanked by a tripartite window on the left and a bipartite window on the right. There are two gabled dormers near the wallhead, with 2-pane and 4-pane glazing. The cottage has coped end stacks and a slate roof.
