Description

6 South Castle Street in Cullen is a cottage dated 1824, featuring a single storey with a later attic and a five-bay layout. Originally, it consisted of one two-bay and one three-bay dwelling. The building is constructed of rubble with contrasting painted ashlar margins. It has an off-centre entrance and later 19th century canted wallhead dormers in the outer bays. The windows have 2- and 4-pane glazing, and there are end stacks with a slate roof.
