Description

10 South Deskford Street in Cullen is a mid-19th century, two-storey and attic house with three bays. The building is constructed of rubble with tooled ashlar margins. It features a central entrance with a panelled door and later wallhead canted dormers in the outer bays, along with four-pane glazing. There are end stacks and a slate roof.

At the rear of the property is a tall circular industrial chimney stack, also from the mid-19th century. This tooled rubble chimney is now free-standing and is believed to have served a former boat builders yard on the site.
