Description

Sir Gabriel Wood's Mariners' Home, located at 67 Newark Street in Greenock, is an extensive two-storey building featuring a symmetrical squared rubble tower frontage. The design includes a central oriel and an end bellcote. It was created by architect D. Mackintosh in 1851.
