Description

The Kennels in Cromarty is a mid-19th century building that features harled walls with ashlar margins. It is two storeys high and has three bays, with a central door. The building has crowstepped gables and a slated roof. On either side, there are single-storey wings made of rubble, also with slated gabled roofs, which project forward to create a small courtyard in front. The fourth side of the courtyard is enclosed by a dwarf wall that includes square-plan ashlar gatepiers.
