Ferintosh Free Church

Ferintosh Free Church was built in 1843 and features a plain rectangular design with a small tower at the southeast corner. The church is harled with ashlar dressings. The body of the church has a four-bay south elevation, which includes two east windows that are more closely spaced. These windows are round-arched with keyblocks and have astragals that intersect at the tops. On the west gable, there are two tall, slim round-arched windows that light the pulpit.

The tower, added in 1907, has a square plan with a battered base course and rusticated quoins. It features a splayed round-arched door with console key-blocking and tall rectangular slits above. The tower has a cornice and parapet adorned with stumpy pinnacles at the angles. Rising from the parapet is a spired bird-cage neo-Norman belfry, which has a round-arched opening on each face, supported by slim engaged shafts with cushion capitals. The church is surrounded by a coped drystone wall in the churchyard.
